We buy and deliver the materials for our projects ourselves, through our suppliers on the island and on the mainland. That keeps the site moving when a lorry has to be on the ferry at the right time, and it keeps the prices visible: every material is a separate line in the quote, so you can see what a change of tile or stone would cost.
What materials do we supply?
- cement, aggregates, ready mixed concrete and reinforcement steel
- bricks, blocks, lintels and thermal insulation boards
- roof tiles, timber and waterproofing membranes
- natural stone, travertine, ceramic and porcelain tiles
- lime, plasters, renders and paints
- pool equipment, drainage and plumbing materials
Can I buy materials from you for my own project?
Yes. Owners and smaller builders on the island buy from us too, for example stone for a garden wall, insulation for a roof or the tiles for a bathroom. Tell us what you need and where it has to go and we quote the materials with the delivery.
How do deliveries work on Corfu?
Most materials are on the island; special stone, large format tiles and some equipment come by ferry from Igoumenitsa. We plan the orders from the construction schedule so that nothing arrives too early to be stored safely and nothing arrives too late to stop the crew. Narrow village lanes are handled with smaller trucks and, where needed, a crane.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my own tiles, stone or sanitary ware?
Of course. Many owners choose finishes abroad or in Corfu Town showrooms. We give you the quantities, check the technical details and organise the delivery to the site.
Do you store materials for a project that starts later?
Yes, for a reasonable period and by arrangement.
Are the material prices in the quote fixed?
They are fixed for the period written in the quote. For long projects we agree how price changes on steel or cement are handled before we start.
