Boutique hotel facade renovation
Renovation of a small hotel between two seasons: new render and colours, stone base, glass balcony railings and new entrance landscaping, delivered to a fixed opening date.
Hotel work is a race against the opening date. Between November and April the facade was rerendered and painted in white and soft ochre, the ground floor was clad in limestone, the balcony railings were replaced with glass and the entrance was relandscaped with palms and olives. The hotel opened on the agreed date.
