Hillside villa with infinity pool

The kind of project we do most often: a plot with a steep slope and a sea view, a modern house with a lot of glass towards the water and local stone towards the hill, and an infinity pool on the lowest terrace. The earthworks and the retaining walls took the first weeks, the concrete frame followed with the basement cut into the slope, and the stone cladding, plaster, terraces and pool were finished by our team.

The owner followed the build from abroad with regular photo reports and three visits to the island, and chose the finishes from samples we sent.
